Terms and Conditions
1. General
Kevin De Coker and Mathilde Muis are owners and managers of Quinta Bordallo. The owners can be replaced by a family member or an acquaintance, if this is necessary due to circumstances.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Quinta Bordallo, located at Rua Principal 19, Casal dos Carvalhos, Alvorninha (Portugal).
These General Terms and Conditions come into effect upon entering into a rental agreement.
A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge upon request.
Tenants must have a permanent place of residence and be at least 21 years or older.
The administrators are not liable for damage, loss or theft of users' property. In the event of disputes, all (legal) costs are borne by the users.
All risks related to a stay at Quinta Bordallo are borne by the users.
Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported by the users during the stay and reimbursed to the owner.
Guests must follow instructions from the administrators.
The administrators may, in the event of a violation of these General Terms and Conditions and inappropriate behavior, deny and/or refuse guests access to Quinta Bordallo, without further notice and stating reasons and without refunding accommodation costs.
The administrator's administration is decisive in the event of a mutual disagreement, unless the users can prove the contrary.
Guests of Quinta Bordallo must adhere to the House Rules below.
2. Reservation and confirmation
The rental agreement can be concluded (subject to availability) by e-mail or via the reservation form on the website (www.quintaboredallo.com) or via other booking channels.
After receiving your reservation request, Quinta Bordallo will send a confirmation by e-mail with a payment request. At that time the reservation is “in option” and the days you choose will be reserved for you. If payment has been received by Quinta Bordallo within the specified period, the reservation is final. You will receive notification of this by e-mail. If payment is not received within the specified period, the option and the reservation request will expire.
The reservation form on the website refers to these General Terms and Conditions.
3. Payment
All accommodation costs must be paid within 14 days after the reservation request to bank account number PT50 0007 0000 0066 2069 5242 3. In the name of Terrakema projects & investments.
In exceptional cases and only in consultation, the accommodation costs can be paid in cash or via iDeal upon arrival.
