Pets are not allowed.
Key management
Upon arrival you will receive one key, intended for the accommodation. Please return the key when checking out. If a key is lost, we are forced to charge €30.00.
Bed linen and towels
Towels and bed linen are provided during your stay and changed as desired. The costs of this are included in the price unless other agreements have been made.
Parking
The car can be parked in front of the door. We also have a protected shed for bicycles. We are not liable for theft and/or any form of damage to the car and/or bicycle. Parking on site at Quinta Bordallo is at your own risk.
Internet
Quinta Bordallo offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are unlawful in nature or that are inconsistent with the reputation of Quinta Bordallo as a provider of accommodation. In the event of discovery or suspicion of nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, Quinta Bordallo has the right to block access to the internet, either completely or not, without further notice.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the interior areas of Quinta Bordallo. Smoking is allowed on the terrace after consultation, provided it does not bother others and safety is not jeopardized. The terrace must remain free of cigarette butts. The misuse of fire/extinguishing agents or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.
Alcohol and drugs
Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is prohibited at Quinta Bordallo to possess, use and/or trade drugs.
Injury
Quinta Bordallo is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay at Quinta Bordallo.
If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, please inform us. The managers of Quinta Bordallo are not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury of any kind.
Liability
Under no circumstances will Quinta Bordallo have any responsibility for the guest in the event of personal injury, loss of or damage to his property, however caused. Quinta Bordallo does not bear any responsibility in the event of theft of property and/or money.
